DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receiving them and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item. Upon receiving the item, you have 24 hours to email to email@example.com if you find that the item you’ve received is damaged or if you’ve received the wrong item from what you have ordered. If no email is sent within 24 hours of receiving the products, we will deem that the product delivered has been satisfactory and has met your expectations.
All refund requests will be evaluated by our team. We will evaluate if the goods are damaged or if the items were prepared wrongly from what is stated in your order. We reserve the right to reject your refund request at our sole discretion.
If the request is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
